Continue to try and do good in your life - no matter how severe the trial or tribulations. Change can be at its worse but as in all things, our ultimate purpose for us is to grow more and overcome. And to have the ability to re- focus and find new directions from our obstacles, we now can see what is most important in this life we live. And never again take for granted what time we still have left on earth to do something purposeful and meaningful.

The worse scenario - the best outcome - it always gets worse before it gets better.
