Against Protecting Children From Danger. Obama refused to take a stand and protect our children from guns fired at or near schools.

Sweet. So Obama believes in the Second Amendment. I'll bet it wasn't Republicans like John McCain who were pushing for this gun bill, but they just leave that sort of thing out for the smear to work properly.

Against Tougher Penalties for Street Gangs. Obama voted against making gang members eligible for the death penalty if they kill someone to help their gang

Excellent. Obama understands that the death penalty is ineffective, cruel and unusual, expensive, barbaric, and, since the government can't be trusted to do anything right, they shouldn't even be allowed the potential to screw up something as important as Life and Death. Remember when HALF if Illinois Death Row Inmates were later exonerated? It was such a dreadful fact that the Republican Governor halted ALL executions? Yeah. And Obama's from Illinois, so he knows how screwed up the system is.

Against Protecting Families from Abuse. Obama is against a cooling-off period of 48 hours for those who abuse their family.
